Disney’s Moana 2, released in theaters on November 27, 2024, continues the journey of Moana, voiced by Auli’i Cravalho, as she embarks on a new adventure three years after her initial voyage. The sequel reunites Moana with the demigod Maui, voiced by Dwayne Johnson, along with her loyal companions Heihei the rooster and Pua the pig. Together, they set sail to the far seas of Oceania, responding to an unexpected call from Moana’s wayfinding ancestors.

In this installment, Moana assembles a diverse crew, including new characters such as shipbuilder Loto, historian Moni, and farmer Kele, to locate the lost island of Motufetū and break its ancient curse.
